1.] Implemented in-house HRIS system in 2 organisations working with in-house S/w developers by providing them tool designs and documented/formatted inputs and drove technology in HR by automating all HR processes including appropriate auto notifications for all stakeholders. This engaged employees to stay connected with Company policies, seamless org communications both upwards and downwards, enhanced employee experience including HR touch points, provided timely efficient HR Analytics for monthly reporting to Leadership Team with recommended actions.
