• Developed end-to-end customer onboarding workflows across multiple regions.
• Integrated Pega with MySD using Apigee and REST services.
• Configured SLAs, routing, decision rules, dashboards, and reports.
• Replaced legacy systems for France, Germany, and LATAM regions.
• Participated in Agile sprints, UAT, and production support.

Project: Centralized Task Management.

• Developed a centralized task management application to unify the tracking and management of manual tasks across multiple order management systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Ciena Blue Planet, VISIT).
• Integrated real-time task updates using SCS and Kafka.
• Improved SLA adherence through automation and escalation logic.
• Enhanced UI dashboards for operational visibility.

Project: AIB (Agile Integration Broker)

• AIB is pure orchestration, a partial service fulfillment concept.
• An order is a request to be serviced and processed. The order requested by the customer is sent to AIB through the customer order relationship; this order is called the Customer Order.
• Once the order is passed to AIB, it is then decomposed into a specified number of tasks called Fulfillment Order. This process of decomposing is called orchestration.
• Worked as a Developer, providing application-based support for Agile delivery.
