Responsibilities:

• Configuration, monitoring, administration and maintenance of NetApp storage environment.
• Manage all incidents raised through the ticketing tool or on customer request.
• Help onsite engineers to check and resolve issues with equipment, take caution decision to ensure the downtime is short as possible.
• Taking timely actions on alert incidents triggered by our monitoring systems to ensure the systems are highly available.
• Working with ISP and third party vendors to identify issues with client infrastructure equipment.
• Implement changes in production environment.

Responsibilities:

• The Network Operations Associate is an integral part of the planning team within the managed Services Business Unit.
• This role involves capturing the customer and network requirements within a specific geographic region to produce plan and supporting technical documents in line with agreed project deliverables.
• Planning, Executing and Delivering design requirements for key customer projects supporting new development opportunities.
• External and Internal Fibre to the Premise (FTTP) planning experience and current knowledge of associated passive network elements.
