Project : TLM Reconciliation

• Monitor and maintain servers and make sure availability performance and Monitor the cloudwatch alarms in AWS level
• Use tools like Control M and airflow job scheduling and monitoring file loads
• Troubleshooting the issues without SLA Breach for the incidents which is reported by clients and create the kp document
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents
• Write ans Optimize the Oracle SQL queries and develop and use the shell scripting for system administrating tasks.
• Replicating production issues faced by user in the UAT system and analyzing application logs to find RCA and providing resolution.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, execution, and monitoring by testing applications on multiple servers to ensure the servers can handle the applications and the applications are mirrored on each server.
• Representing the team on p1, p2 calls, strive to resolve the issues and stabilize the application to ensure minimum downtime.

Project :TLM Aurora/Smart stream Air

• Utilize Helm charts for seamless version upgrades.
• Adjust auto-scaling groups based on resource load.
• Alter launch templates as needed.
• Implement Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring Kubernetes clusters.
• Restart Pods and deployments as required.
• Implemented a comprehensive monitoring system for Docker containers within the Aurora Product running on Docker Swarm.
• Managed the process of upgrading Docker containers, ensuring seamless integration of new images released by the development team.
