Used to handle different LAN/Exchange forms (User Domain creation, shared drive access, Windows Group creation depends on Server Domain, User outlook and Skype /Teams Access) .
Request will be submitted by user using Service Now Ticketing Tool and once it has been submitted the request will be approved by SAA and once it is approved the ticket will be routed to GAMO Team.
Depends on region user requested, the user will be created in respective domain and if user needed, access will be granted for Internet access if required.
User Home Drive will be created depends on the server the user has been requested.
Organization Unit will be created using internal GAMO tool which has been subjected to Hr team of corresponding domains.
User will be requesting for Shared drive access and depends on the user level of access it will be granted and if the shared drive or the windows group is elevated which means secondary owner will be assigned and it needs to be approved and then only access can be granted.
User needs windows group that needs to be created and the created windows group has to be linked to the shared drive they will be requesting and depends on the domain, request will be triggered to corresponding team.
Outlook needs to be created manually using SIP Address and Skype /Teams Access needs to be granted using user domain.
Request SLO will be maintained and breaching will happen after 30Hr’s.
