UPS, the world's largest package delivery company, handles over 15 million packages daily for 6.1 million customers across more than 200 countries and territories. To manage the vast inflow and processing of data, the AR-RoadMap project was developed. This web application is integral to UPS's operations, handling Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections activities, with a focus on reducing operational costs by transferring processes to more cost-effective regions. The AR-RoadMap system includes two primary applications: one for applying payments to invoices and another for collecting payments from customers.

• Developed and maintained the AR-RoadMap application, ensuring timely processing of user data operations.
• Managed end-to-end support for the payment application, interacting directly with customers to resolve issues and ensure accurate application of payments to invoices.
• Conducted regular bug fixes, enhancements, and development assignments, contributing significantly to the system’s stability and performance.
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements, aligning with UPS’s global operational goals.
• Played a pivotal role in the UPS-SOCH competition, leading a team to a bronze medal by developing innovative solutions to operational challenges.
