· Techsupport advisor where all the tech queries related to any communication

device used by customer in Australia were solved.

· Worked as SME for the process where troubleshooting of devices like mobie phones, Dongles and other mobile tech queries were solved by me as techsupport advisor.

Vodafone NewZealand:

• A Migration process in which all tech support related queries were deal in modems and other wifi devices where troubleshooting and other tech support queries were taken care of.

• Our role was to solve the customer technical queries related to wifi devices and the connection over VOIP.

• Worked as SME for giving a helping hand to the agents regarding the process for nbn and other wifi devices and VOIP related queries

• This project implements on the daily cycle of the food management system how various types of food products are processed from the initial stage to the market from market to wholesaler, from wholesaler to retailer and from retailer to customers.This project included various queries in helping the data to be sorted out
