• Building a high-performing team at T-Hub to evaluate startups and provide seamless access to the 6Ms (Money, Mentoring, Market Access, Motivation, Manpower, Methodologies).
• Launching initiatives like the college incubation program to support student entrepreneurship and T-MAP to connect startups with customers.
• Establishing frameworks to enhance mentor and partner engagement, forging global partnerships for market access, and creating sustainable, revenue-generating models that drive impact.
• Identified challenges faced by stakeholders and translated the same into startup use cases for getting the same solved.

• Developed AmazeWiT, a platform aimed at empowering women from tier 2 and 3 cities and colleges to secure opportunities with top-tier companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. Impacted over 100,000 women across 1,500+ colleges nationwide.
• Addressed and resolved technical, financial, and operational concerns by working with team members and directors.
• Coached team members on productivity strategies to accomplish challenging goals.

• Managed the startup ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, overseeing the sourcing, selection, and incubation of tech startups, and building a robust network of mentors, investors, and corporate, government, and accelerator partners.
• At NASSCOM 10,000 Startups, I served as the primary point of contact for regional startups, providing mentorship and guidance.
