Job Profile:-

• Responsible for Robot programming and troubleshooting
• Planning production schedules, coordinating resources, and optimizing workflows
• Building and leading a motivated team, establishing standard policies and procedures, and mentoring staff
• Overseeing the quality assurance of produced materials
• Ensuring that customer quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met
• Ensuring that health, safety, and environmental requirements are adhered to
• Problem-solving: Addressing operational challenges and enhancing productivity
• Good knowledge in cycle time study & manpower Handling
• Responsible to plan men, machine, materials, production schedule and work allocation to achieve targeted volume production
• Ensure daily dispatch flow up
• Customer Dealing
• Customer quality handling
• To follow-up material inventory from press and store
• Planning weekly preventive maintenance activity
• Preparation of problem report and corrective action plan
• To achieve and maintain the body accuracy target
• Prepare critical spare list and supplier selection

• Responsible for floor assembly as well as shop performance
• Analysis of quality concerns related issues
• Ensuring and achieving the PQCDMS (production, quality, cost, delivery, moral, safety) on daily basis
• Working under various tools like 5'S, KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE, WASTE ELIMINATION and work force training
• Responsible for achievements of quantified targets JPH, Rejection and Rework control
• Continuous weld quality improvement and assurance
• Imparting training to the new joined in the areas of welding processes, welding techniques, quality aspects, safety at the work station / shop floor, etc
• Involvement of New product development P500 model
• CFT Activity for internal and external customer complains

Major Achievement:-

• Being a cross functional team member in increasing line capacity from 260 per day to 300 per day by layout change and cycle time decrease
