  • That financial year ie 2010-11 we ranked 4th in the region in terms of ranking in target vs achievement and at 250th position Pan India for the year end Out of 1250 branches.
  • Ensured zero attrition in branch, increased advisor footfalls, more contest qualifiers month on month and regular focus on training for knowledge enhancement.
  • From bottom 250 branch Pan India within 8 months our branch progressed to top 250 branch in Pan India rankings consistently for the past 3 financial yrs since the time I took up.
  • Financial year 2011-12 have seen bigger heights with half yearly closing ended with the branch ranking in top 100 Pan India (70th rank) sept 11.and year ended with 1.2 crores issued business with being in top 250 Pan India rank.
  • Fy 12-13 had further achievements in terms of promotions of sms where 5 sms got promoted last yr being highest in the region from single branch.
  • Branch saw 80% persistency again consecutively for the 3rd year and limra being 70%.
  • Target vs achievement Vizag branch is ranked at 2nd in the region in terms of absolute volume and percentage as well fy 12-13.
