- Project: H06 , H11 ,J14 ,J12 - MV SERIES (DURASTAR) & CE BUS. Design the fan ring support bracket as per the surrounding and create a 2D of the same. 2D of same.
+ Design support bracket for Under-hood Passenger Heater line, Compressor tubing
and Transmission Dipstick.
+ Routing Fan Drive hoses to make common route for different vehicles and
configurations, achieve shortest possible hose length, make easy serviceability.
+ Hose length calculations considering Engine roll and Cab articulation.
+ Creating Part drawing, assembly drawing, Installation sheets.
+ Attending design review, design feedback and design approval meetings with
client.
+ Undertaking studies and generating evidence such as Fan Tip Clearances, Fan
Drive Installed moment etc. and other documentation.
+ Engineering Release in NX, PLM Teamcenter, Metro-workflow and CDMS work.
Support on other Projects:
+ Routing from eFEAD system to Motor, invertor and to batteries.
+ Making use of already released brackets or create new if needed to support
hoses and tubes.
+ All part drawings, Tube, Hose drawing, assembly drawings, installation Sheets.
+ CAC hose routing from Turbo-charger to CAC and CAC to Inlet on Engine.
