Customer Data Management - 

• The Customer Data Management project involved creating a system to manage customer data within Business Central. The objective of this project is to provide a centralized location for storage and updating customer information, which can be used by other modules within Business Central such as sales and marketing. Implementing validation rules to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Creating customer list report and credit limit report. Query to view customer with high credit limits, and to view customers with overdue payments.

Sales and Marketing  - 

• This project is done to track customer purchases and reward them with Loyalty points based on their total spends. This system helped improve customer retention and encourage repeat business by providing incentives to customers who continue to do business with the company. Designed reports for loyalty card statement, top customers by loyalty points, rewards earned by customers.

Automated User Approval Workflow -

• Designed and implemented an automated approval workflow system that streamlined user requests, significantly reducing manual intervention and approval times.
