  • Product(GoConnect OBD 1.0 & 2.0): Conceptualised and deployed Connected Car platform for customers to track car's location and health in real time along with other useful features such as Driving behavior assessment, car safety and car health. User-base increased to more than 10k customers in a span of 6 months.
  • Market Research: Conducted regular customer surveys and market research to understand customer requirements and problems. New Product features were released and bugs were eliminated. Customer acquisition was increased by more than 20%(MOM) and attrition reduced by 80%.
  • Team Management: Managed a team of 10 members including developers, UI/UX designers, data analysts and content writers to develop and build new features in product.
  • OKR Identification & Monitoring: Established criteria for each milestone within product roadmap as means to measure developmental progress. NSM(Unique user visits/week) by more than 13k within a span of 6 months.
  • Stakeholder Management: Managed work and communication with stakeholders(Business teams and Management) and cross functional teams such as marketing, e-commerce, legal, packaging and design to enhance sales of product.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Introduced new B2B partners for cost reduction and quality enhancement of product in fields of Telecom operators, Hardware suppliers and SaaS providers.
  • Acquisition Enhancements: Introduced new channels for product sales via B2B partnerships in the segments of pre-owned & subscription based car businesses, to increase sales MOM growth by 19.2%, in India as well as Malaysia.
