  • Successfully transitioned Order Management & Billing process from US to India and ownership of the process was independently undertaken.
  • Based on the knowledge of process was nominated in NetSuite testing and traveled to US. Successfully migrated the process from Oracle ERP to NetSuite with 100% accuracy.
  • Initiated Professional Service Application Support (PSAS) Project as an additional task apart from regular job and collected more than 10 million which was ideally stuck in system for years.
  • During the merger of Aspect & Noble to Alvaria, played an important role of migrating the process to NetSuite and standardized the process.
