- Smart arrangements of the MEP networks optimize the utilization of spaces.
- Coordinate all MEP services with architecture and structure in Autodesk Navisworks platform.
- 3D BIM coordination between all disciplines and subcontractors to avoid clashes, and ensuring space for easy access and maintenance.
- Quality checking is conducted according to the standard requirements of the client, and deadlines for the project are achieved.
- Preparation of the General Arrangement, Shop/Installation drawing of the MEP coordinated model.
- Preparation of the clash report for clients and consultants for review and suggestions.
- Preparation of shop/fabrication drawings and builder's work based on the coordinated 3D model.
