• Reviewing the field vents analysis on daily basis and preparing the agenda for the weekly screen team meeting
• Technical evaluation on gas turbine engine case studies and preparing the reliability reports for understanding the components and accessories event flow trends
• Collecting the aero engine component removal shop finding reports (Teardown report) and reviewing the weekly event meetings with Pratt & Whitney Canada stakeholders
• Engine component reliability package preparation to the OEM and drives the presentation in the reliability committee for identifying the corrective actions and recommendations
• Drives the individual supplier meeting’s for their trending accessories events through Power BI dashboards and follow up for the new design job progress or trend updates
• Perform the detailed investigation on engine accessory components to find the root cause analysis and identifying the major cost drivers and its trends
• Handling the technical manual change requests and draft the change as per the customer
• Reviewing the shop warranty claims on monthly basis and identifying the top 10 drivers for the trend monitoring

• Carried out engine Receive in Check, engine stand transfer, external removal and installation, modules separation, fan blade removal and installation in TRENT ENGINE 1000 & 1000-TEN (ENGINE SHOP)

• Carried out Line Maintenance on B737 NG, ATR72-500 & A330-300
• Carried out the weekly, transit check, ‘A ‘check, carried out Wheel Change, brake change and Component replacement, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on AIRBUS A330-200(GE CF6-80 E1 engines)
• Carried out Transit, Extended transit, ‘A’ checks, PHASE checks, carried out main wheel, nose wheel change, carried out Component replacement, fan blade replacement, IDG replacement and filter change on B737 NG (CFM56-3/7 & CFM LEAP 1B)
• Carried out the ‘A’ checks, weekly, layover & transit inspection, main wheel change, nose wheel change, snag rectification, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on ATR72-500 (P&W 127)

• Assisted to carry out the weekly, transit check, carried out Wheel Change, brake change and Component replacement, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks In A320 fitted with IAE V2500 engine and ATR72-500 fitted with Pratt & Whitney engine

• Carried out hourly maintenance check, wheel change, brake change and lubrication in ISLANDER aircraft
