- As a Store Inspector responsible for ensuring that parts received & recorded in IMS (AMOS) comply with Airworthiness Regulations, therefore, ensuring that all documents accompanied along with parts are appropriate & correctly filled & effective (according to CAR-145).
- In case of Non-conformance is discovered, complete the Store Inspection Non-Conformance Report & place the part in Quarantined Room.
- Responsible to ensure that all quarantine & rejection note is addressed to & follow up with the supplier till the discrepancy issue is resolved.
- Ensuring that the correct interval is defined (as per AMP) for all the Time Controlled parts received in IMS.
- Ensuring all material received in IMS are from approved vendors only which are already listed in AVL.
- Ensure no shelf life expired or calibration due item are kept in stores.
- Follow-up with the finance for the payment & confirm with the vendors for the receipt of the same.
- Lease Return & C Check Coordination at various MRO's like Sepang, JORAMCO, and Singapore Airline.
- Rotable Management, planning Logistics & Material.
- Management of consignment (F/A) & owned components as per the SOP's prescribed level.
- Monitoring of the daily Rotable utilization Report & stock monitoring.
- Ensuring all Rotables covered under F/A are retrieved back to main base & handed over to C/A as per the agreed time frame.
- Check for availability of parts on loan with other operators & obtain loan rate & ensure that the same is returned to the operator as per the loan agreement.
- Coordinate with the planning & lines stations and position all the raw materials on time & ensure timely replacement for the shelf life/calibration items on time.
- Ensure that the dispatch procedures are adhered to.
- To facilitate internal & external audits & take appropriate action to close the reported findings pertaining to stores inspection activities.
- Overall maintenance of stores area ensures temperature humidity control, cleanliness, dust free environment.
