Key Responsibilities:

• Managed and controlled construction activities for a 4.6 Acre, 4B+ G+56, 3B+ 46,49 floors project, ensuring site inspection and progress monitoring of civil works, Architectural, Structural, and MEP Works.
• - Reviewed Mivan shell plan drawings,
• Project Quality Plan, Material Technical Data Sheets, and method statements to maintain quality standards.
• - Supervised aluminum formwork assembly, wall/slab alignment, and formwork striking procedures to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• - Ensured precision in plumb, level, kicker accuracy, and box-out positioning to meet quality and safety standards.
• - Collaborated with the Planning and QA/QC departments to achieve a 7-day cycle per floor, ensuring efficient coordination and progress.
• - Verified tie-rod fixing, beam bottom, slab supports system, and shuttering stability before concrete pour, enhancing structural integrity and safety.

• Inspecting all DMS reports with QC Team.
