Job Responsibilities :-

• Daily Meeting with customer for coordination of work, Data delivery, Engineering study on the data provided, Detail discussion on the concept of the data from closures
• Responsible for Quality and timely delivery as per the deadlines
• Engineering feasibility study on styling (Strak) and interact with styling (Strak) for engineering considerations
• Component and system level Packaging study and concept approvals from higher management
• Engineering CAD models for Tailgate Inner and Outer Panel as per Master sections
• Work Allocations to the off shore team for smooth handling of the deliverables.
• Maintained tactical control of project timelines to keep teams on task and achieve schedule targets.

• Assisted in engineering feasibility study on styling and interact with styling team for engineering
• Developed CAD models for Inner and Outer Panel as per Master sections

• Modelling of Hood Outer and inner panel as per master section
• Master Section preparation for hood assembly
• Benchmarking on various vehicles for understanding sections and mounting schemes.

• Benchmarking of Different Domestic as well as International vehicles, CAD modelling of various parts
• Active participation in day to day meetings
• Coordination with other aggregates

Project:- LCV CABIN DATA MIGRATION

• Generated 3D model from 2D drawing for all LCV aggregate
• Drawing management using PLM software(Team-Center 8)
