PROJECT LOCATION : USA

• At Studio Emerge, I hold the position of Junior BIM Architect, where I primarily work on a precast building project initiated in the USA by Construction Masterous.
• This project involves developing a community housing space across approximately 140 plots using precast construction methods.
• My responsibilities include creating Revit models for architectural, structural, and MEP designs, following the LOD (Level of Development) format as per BIM concepts.
• I also conducted clash detection tests in Navisworks and adhered to RIBA’s work stages. Additionally, we showcased our work at a stall in Las Vegas in January 2025.
• Beyond this, I have also contributed to large-scale projects, such as the Mayor Office in Tiruppur, as well as various small-scale residential projects in Coimbatore and its surrounding areas.
• Even in these smaller projects, we consistently implemented BIM strategies and concepts to maintain high standards.
• Additionally, I completed AGACD training with the team and finalized all the smart connection details and rebar details in AGACAD for precast projects.

PROJECT LOCATION : KARAIKUDI & KARUR

• Developed design concepts and detailed drawings, conducted site surveys, and presented proposals to clients. Managed project timelines, budgets, and coordinated with suppliers and contractors.
• Created mood boards, 3D renderings, and marketing materials while networking at industry events.
• Assisted in developing firm-wide design standards, promoting consistency across all projects while maintaining each project's unique identity.
• Communicated with vendors and contractors to incorporate input into project designs.

PROJECT LOCATION : COIMBATORE

• Developed 3D renderings and presentation materials for client meetings, aiding in the visualization of proposed designs.
• Assisted in the development of design concepts, translating client requirements into functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
• Conducted site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Researched building materials and products, staying informed on industry trends to make informed recommendations during design process.

PROJECT LOCATION : BENGALURU,KA

• As an architecture intern, I contributed to design concept development and drafting architectural plans.
• Responsibilities included conducting site visits, documenting existing conditions, and assisting in client meetings.
• Collaborated with senior architects on project management tasks, enhancing understanding of real-world architectural practice. This experience strengthened my skills and passion for the field.
