• M/s TPSCI wholly owned subsidiary of (Toshiba Plant & System Corporation, Japan). TPSCI to further strengthen then the business interest of Toshiba Corporation in the Hydro Electric and Non-conventional energy Power Plants in India & middle east.

• M/s Andritz Hydro is a global supplier of electro-mechanical systems & services (from water to wire) for Hydro power plants and one of the leaders in the world market for Hydro Electric power generation. They are manufacturing & installing complete Hydro Electric project (water to wire)-including Turbine, Generator, MIV, BFV, Transformer etc.

Professional Experience-

• Presently, I am working as DGM -QA/QMS, New vendor registration, VD, vendor evaluation, audits, documentation.
• Develop, implement, and maintain an integrated QMS aligned with ISO standards.
• Define quality policies, procedures, work instructions, and quality plans for projects and operations.
• Ensure QMS integration across engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M functions.
• Lead ISO certifications and surveillance audits.
• Ensure quality closure of audit findings and continued compliance.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits across the corporate office, project sites, and warehouses.
• Ensure corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) are implemented and tracked to closure.
• Define, monitor, and report quality KPIs across projects and operations.
• Analyze quality trends, nonconformances, and recurring issues.
• Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and systematic improvements.
• Establish project quality plans, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and quality checklists.
• Support project teams during critical inspections, FATs, SATs, and commissioning stages.

• Responsible for the preparation and reviewing of the procedures.
• Review the manufacturing process, i.e., raw material, fabrication, machining, hydro test, leak test, painting, coating, functional test, DT, NDT, assembly inspection, and expedite for further process.
• Responsible for the product’s quality, in-house, vendor end, spare parts.
• Responsible for handling the PAN Indian customer, as well as the international customer.
• Responsible for BOP items inspection, such as hydraulic cylinders, valves (gate valve, actuator valve, PRV, BFV, and MIV), EOT crane, pumps, oil filters unit, D&D system, and pipes and fittings.
• Responsible for the approval, witness, and review of WPS, PQR, and WPQ.
• Responsible for the release of the MDCC after final inspection, and ensure the conformity of the product.
• Continually update the department’s competency chart, training plans, training records, risks, opportunities, etc.
• Support the supplier for any technical help, and guide the supplier for critical operation.
• I have working experience in SAP/ERP.
• Maintain and review customer feedback, monitor, and analyze continually.
• Earlier, I was additionally responsible for PPC (the expediting department).
• Responsible for the whole team's working activities within the department.
• Maintained NCR/CMS (Claim Management System) - raise, monitor, dispose of, and close NCR.
• Responsible for MIS data.
• Align the quality policy with the company vision, and make an action plan.
• Responsible for IMS process improvement.
• Responsible for continuing improvement in various processes.
• Attend the weekly meeting with top management regarding quality, PPC issues, and improvements.
• Make and conduct the vendor assessment of the new supplier as information is received by the Procurement department.
• Evaluated the supplier based on last performance on a yearly basis.
• Make action plans for vendor development, and act on them.
• Conduct the departmental meeting on a weekly basis, and record the issues.
• Take the necessary action on quality issues as soon as possible.
• Responsible for continuously updating the various sheets, i.e. (PMS, manufacturing schedule, purchase planning sheet.)
• Major project site visited to sort out the customer complaint and reverse engineering (like Sholyar, Ghanvi, Baglihar, Wangor Homte, Dibang HEP).
• Streamlined QA processes, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced time to market.
