- Implemented SHL's GTM strategy, collaborated to develop sales collaterals, experienced in developing concept to product life cycle, designing pricing strategies ~ all of which have contributed to SHL becoming India's largest Talent Assessment provider with turnover of over $40mln
- Turned around an under-achieving business segment by developing and successfully executing a vertical industry go-to-market strategy and plan.
- Responsible for managing strategic client relationships to drive engagement, working closely with CHRO's and CXO's to identify, develop and close strategic Talent initiatives.
