1. Project : Wholesale and Credit & CFAM 

Client : T-Mobile USA

Work Location : HCL Technologies Limited,   Chennai

Role : Offshore Technical   Manager

Duration : 24 Months(March   2022 – April 2024)

Description : 

T-Mobile USA,Inc. provides telecommunications services. The Company offers wireless voice,   messaging, and data services along with mobile phones and accessories.   T-Mobile USA serves customers in the United States.

Responsibilities :

As an Offshore Technical Manager, responsible for

Application Maintenance of system in Wholesale Operation and Kubernetes,CI/CD pipelines design and architecture Build/Deployment coordinator. Change/Release management.

Wholesale Operation Technical project manager – Enhancement and Maintenance of middleware system and Application environment and Configuration Management.

As a Technical project manager, involved in Project Release Planning, staffing and Mentoring team.

Responsible for Wholesale application delivery  and Management Activity.

Leading DevOps teams for successful wholesale Operations.

Hands on experience in Developing (CI/CD) pipeline in GITLAB/Jenkins environment and enhancing the build and deploy pipelines to support new features and releases.

Description :

Rentokil Initial plc. Market- Leading Business in pest control and hygiene with consistence and efficient operational model and operates the business through the five Regions. Rentokil initial lead our industries in digital and innovation.

Responsibilities : 

Replicate data from different system like Postgre DB to GCP (Bigquery and Spanner). For replicating data from Progress to GCP end we are using Postgre scripts and GCS, Cloud Function, App Engine, Pub/Sub and Dataflow.

Data Replication process Using the Matillion ETL Tool.

Project follows Agile methodology and uses JIRA tool.

3. Project : MAPS-Data ingestion to CDF (Cloud Data Fabric)

Client : Discover   Financial Services (DFS)

Work Location : Cognizant   Technologies Limited, Chennai.

Role : Technical   Lead

Duration:  11 Months   (April 2020 – Feb 2021)

Description : 

The Cloud   Data Fabric (CDF) refers to the framework developed by the Cloud Data   Enablement (CDE) team for ingesting and enriching data in the cloud. CDF   utilizes Amazon's Simple Storage Service (S3). Within S3, data is stored in   containers called buckets each bucket corresponding to a phase of data   processing in the CDF.As part of this project we ensured files are received   in the landing bucket, are successfully processed through intake, and new   files created in the SOR-conformed bucket. This process uses metadata   obtained from Metadata Hub (MDH) to perform schema validation, Avro conversion, sensitive data tokenization, data profiling.

Responsibilities : 

  • File Transmission Testing: Confirm that files are successfully received in AWS Landing by the source team.
  • Technical Metadata: Create Abinitio DMLs for use in the generic intake process (One for the Landing file, one for the SOR-C file).
  • Intake Testing: Provide intake testing support and validation of files after processing through intake.
  • Code and Data validation in higher environment.


4. Google Cloud Platform Application:

Project : Google Cloud   Platform Application

Client : Pearson,   Education – Google Cloud Platform

Work Location : Cognizant   Technologies Limited, Chennai.

Role : Technical   Lead (GCP/Big Query)

Duration : 10 months   (June 2019 to March 2020)

Description : 

Google Cloud   Platform, Based on Client Mapping Requirement we can Extract the data from   external system to implemented Google Cloud Storage and Upload/ transform to   the data in Bigquery target table. Create processes and/or tools that enhance   operational workflow and provide positive customer impact. Create, maintain,   and execute functional test plans and automated unit tests. Designs,   modifies, develops, writes, and supports platform level software. Generating   automated dataflow templates that stage the pipelines in Cloud Storage and   trigger the template by using cloud functions for the data transformation.   Automating the Google Cloud Deployments using Cloud Deployment Manager.

Responsibilities:

Description : 

TeamRx does prescription filling, third party   billing, DUR, data review etc. Health and Wellness Technology- IC+ Core Rx   Application

Coding, Debugging, Defect fixing. Has solved many   critical issues with precession. Had created ticket tracker tool in wiki web   page to track issues more easily by the team to make more effective in   providing solution, also efficiently resolved critical issues reported in   remedy by the user, and diligently solved major change request within the   stipulated time, improving the efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities : 

  • As an Application Lead, involved in Project Planning, staffing & Mentoring team.

Description : 

Clarify Application, an Amdocs product which is mainly a Clarify-based solution that delivers internal systems to support Operations and Service Management roles and Code Development.Clarify is a case management system which can   manage service delivery to the customers. It’s primarily used for Call Centre System’s Case Storage system that maintains the history of our customer’s interactions with Prudential initiated from SA, POL, or IVR. Cases can also be created directly through Clarify. This software is primarily used by our Back Office business partners   (Settlement Options, Claims etc). It has many rules in place to move interactions to appropriate areas when extra investigation or data might be   required.

Responsibilities:

  • Clarify Application, an Amdocs product which is mainly a Clarify-based solution that delivers internal systems to support Operations and Service Management roles and Code Development.
  • Clarify is a case management system which can manage service delivery to the customers. 7.Project : Clarify Bridge Application Support and Development

Client : British Telecommunications, UK

Work Location : TechMahindra Limited,   Chennai, India

Role : Technical Specialist

Duration : 27 Months (Feb 2014 - May   2016)

Description : 

Bridge, an Amdocs product which is mainly a Clarify-based solution   that delivers internal systems to support Operations and Service Management   roles. Bridge is the Incident / Problem and Change Management System that   supports BT computing infrastructure. It also manages the workflow for authorized access requests and computing orders. The Bridge Clarify Incident Management function is the primary problem reporting application used within BT’s different LOBs. Bridge Clarify provides a single Incident/ Problem and   Change Management environment for all BT’s managed computing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

Provided L3 support to Amdocs clarify CRM based   application and Development Code Fix. I have involved in the development of   Bridge clarify interface for a telecom provider services company in UK.   Involved in development of interface between HP Service Manager and Bridge   clarify as per the requirements. Specific functionality includes the   development, xml mapping and unit testing. Debug the code and provide bug   fixes as part of workaround.

  • To make sure that all interfaces able to connect BRIDGE without any issues.
  • To make sure that all business rules are fired fine.
  • Code walk-through to identify the root cause of any application related issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis on Application specific faults/ trends and, where appropriate raise a Problem record to thoroughly investigate and devise a long-term fix. Where this long-term fix requires a code change then we will raise a Change Request
  • Pro-active monitoring of disk space/partitions etc. to ensure failures does not result from these filling up. Threshold has been set on various aspects like CPU, Memory and Disk space as mentioned below and in case of any deviation; we will act immediately with necessary action.
  • Preparing and maintaining the projects related design documents.


8. Project : Bridge Application Support and Development

Client : British Telecommunications, UK

Work Location : HCL Technologies Limited,   Chennai

Role : Team member

Duration : 33 Months (May 2011 - Jan   2014)

Description : 

Bridge, an Amdocs product which comprises a Clarify based solution, a Management Information System and Middleware hubs providing interfaces to around ~30 other key Interfaces. Bridge systems provide functionality to support Operations and Service Management people in   the provision of services to BT and external customers. Bridge is mainly a Clarify-based solution that delivers internal systems to support Operations   and Service Management roles. In other words, the Bridge Clarify application is an integrated Service Management System, providing Incident, Change, Inventory and Desktop & User Access Order provision capability for BT’s computing infrastructure and other computing infrastructure managed by BT for third parties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provided L3 support to Amdocs clarify CRM based application.
  • Monitoring the application and working on high priority issues.
  • Creating Incident, Change and Problem Records to provide the support for Incident, Change and Problem Management process in BT.
  • Installed and configured Weblogic 8.1 in pre-production servers.
  • Monitoring the servers proactively such as disk space, load, collision in Network and settings. Troubleshooting database related problems and working towards fixing it.
