• Cloud LCM Monitoring: Planning/Prepare, Monitoring, Incident Management, Auto Resolution and Statistics /Reporting Application of LCM functionalities like Upgrade, Patching of All Fusion Pods in OCI (Oracle Cloud Infra)
• Planning/Prepare: All Pods need to be prepared for upgrade, which include validation of pod status and execute some test scripts for readiness check
• Prepare wave plan and feed to E2E (Upgrade Application) Monitoring: Monitor all pod via Agents and status data to be pushed to OSS Bucket(OCI Object Storage) of the Ongoing upgrade/patching
• SPyDER Monitoring server will consolidate the data from different OSS buckets and process the same
• Stream monitoring status to different channels (E-Mail, Slack, PagerDuty, Dashboard)
• Incident Management: All incidents will be tracked and logged, users on call will be notified
• Auto Resolution: Once if any known incident, a quick auto resolution will be applied and notified, which helps in avoid manual effort and saving downtime
• Statistics/Reporting: Gather all the statistics data and generate required reports, based on upgrade timing, issue analysis.

• CRBT (Caller Ring Back Tone): USDP (Unified Service Development Platform) and Video Solution: CRBT platform provides the ability to play RBT to calling party
• It can play Ring Back Tone (RBT) according to the calling party and calling time
• Calling party can be individual caller, group callers or all callers
• Calling time segment can be special time segment, daily time segment or all the time
• RBTs are classified into ordinary RBTs and other extended RBT resources such as music boxes, PLUS RBTs, RBT jockeys, mixed RBTs, do it yourself (DIY) RBTs, MRBTs etc
• PAgent Mediation Server HTTP Interface to Diameter Interface Mediation : This is a charging interface project for the CRBT System which converts HTTP requests to DIAMETER
• CRBT Maintenance Customer Support(Caller Ring Back Tone): ONSITE Support for Thailand TRUE,AIS and Mexico Telcel & ATT RBT projects: In parallel to normal development activities, traveled ONSITE to support various RBT projects for operators like THAILAND TRUE, THAILAND AIS, MEXICO TELCEL and MEXICO AT&T
• Shared Software Service System Integration: Convergent Billing System: Convergent Billing System or the CBS System will do the online rating and charging and generate billing invoices for VOICE call, SMS,MMS and GPRS Services.
