- Coordinating and managing CFT for: Design Manufacturing feasibility sign off, GO AHEAD for proto / pilot batch, fitment trails, proto build, testing validation, Assembly ORC, Pilot batch, Field ORC, RCA, Tooling clearance sign off for SOVP.
- Monitoring Field ORC from pilot batch and ensuring closure thru RCA before implementing in SOVP.
- Ensuring of gates document closure sign off with CFT and documenting it.
- Handling Budget for CAPEX of NPD projects, developments, testing capitalization, etc.
- Responsible for: planning / schedule meetings with respective Stakeholders, record MOM, float over mail and track till it gets implemented in SOVP.
- Responsible for preparing weekly progress review and report preparation.
- Following up with the exclusive parts list (Drawing, Proto build, (Tooling readiness PPAP).
- Know to extract data from SAP (Stock, PO, Tooling PO, BOM, Vehicle reporting, Vehicle dispatch).
- Coordinating respective departments during Alpha, Beta & QP stage vehicle build
- Documentation of SOP & SOB.
