• LPP (US) LPP stands for Legal Paper Processing, which requires making both inbound and outbound calls.
• I receive requests from issuers to the bank regarding various types of documents, asking us for information about a specific customer. This information is provided through a document called a subpoena. We provide the information after reviewing the document type.

As a Quality Control Manager I was doing CDD and assessing risk levels of the customer based upon the risk they pose for the bank I would categorize them into Low, Medium and High risk customers. Primarily looking into their source of funds and their exposure to Sanctioned countries.
