Delivered the content to the students to reach their hearts to enhance their learning skills. Included all the four types of communicative skills into the students course development with lots of examples and experiments apart from their regular curriculum and got succeeded with their achievements. Created enthusiasm in students to listen to the class with a greater attention. Clarified their minute doubts to reach the subject to the learners more keenly.

worked as a communicative and soft skill trainer for graduated learners conducted by APSSDC(Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation) as a part of Mukya Mantri Yuva Nestam(MYN) sponsored by the Chief Guest of Andhra Pradesh Naara ChandraBabu Naidu garu in the year 2018. With the help of this two months pilot programme hundreds of unemployed students who were above their thirties cracked jobs on their own. Monitored the students minds to get participated more actively and attentively in the classes. Boosted up the learners energy levels in the classes through out the course. Delivered vast of live examples to build their careers. A number of sessions were taken to make them feel confident by conducting many individual pair and group activities. Frequently asked the learners to give stage presentations to reduce their fear of speaking in english.

Handled theory and foundation courses for M.Sc.Integrated Biotechnology students as a guest lecturer for two years. Maintained engaging and interesting lectures by combining class room lectures with live examples. Conducted more class room discussions to develop the students speaking skills and also to make them feel confident. Engaged the students reading and writing skills with seminar presentations and with assignments. Helped the students to participate in many quizzes.

Constructed and pioneered a way to bachelor of technology students to enrich their communicative skills and improving their personality skills by delivering classes on English and Employability skills as a two months pilot project offered by British Council in collaboration with Andhra Pradesh Higher Education English Communication Skills in the year of 2017-2018. Integrated both communicative skills and employability skills to get succeeded in their campus interviews. Introduced the students with a variety of learning processes by encouraging them to participate in individual, pair and group activities. Acted purely as a trainer more than a teacher when students need my assistance in completing their given work.
