  • A wholesale lockbox processor is responsible for processing and depositing payments received from wholesale customers

  • The Image Cheque Clearing System (ICCS) was introduced by the Central Bank in July 2008
  • The objective of the ICCS is to allow for the truncation of cheques at the point of acceptance whilst providing a safe, secure, efficient, and robust payment mechanism in the United Arab Emirates
  • Cheques deposited at the teller counters at any bank branch at 10 AM get cleared by us before 5 PM the same day

  • PROJECT 2 Working with African clients for remediation GOAML (BOTSWANA)
  • It's a regulator project. If a citizen transfers above 10000 BWP, the Central Government requires their info
  • This prevents them from getting caught up in corruption, terrorist financing, and money laundering
  • We need to verify the customer’s profile
  • I validate the errors and send the info back to the respective authorities
  • PROJECT 3- Supporting gulf market middle East project
  • ICA Remediation -In this project, I verify the EID number of the citizens of the UAE to ensure that it's not outdated or expired
  • I cross-check the info with the ICA portal using a few verification steps
  • Once it's done, I will submit the data to the bank's backend to ensure a smooth banking experience
