• Healthcare and P&I Support: Addressed and resolved queries related to healthcare and P&I services, ensuring seafarers receive timely medical assistance and understand their insurance entitlements.
• Marine Benefits Awareness: Conducted informational sessions and distributed materials to educate seafarers about available marine benefits, promoting informed utilization of welfare schemes.
• Emergency Family Assistance: Provided immediate support to seafarers' families during emergencies, coordinating with relevant departments to facilitate necessary aid and communication.
• Debriefing and Grievance Redressal: Led debriefing sessions post-deployment to gather feedback and address grievances, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and open communication.
• Collaboration with SafeR Team: Worked closely with the SafeR team
• Support to the FPD Ratings Team: Assisted the Fleet Personnel Department (FPD) Ratings team by addressing family-related queries, enhancing the support system for seafarers' families.
• Ship Visits and Fleet Care Promotion: Conducted ship visits to promote the Fleet Care program, engaging directly with crew members to understand their needs and provide on-the-spot assistance.
• Casualty Management and Family Visits: Managed all casualty cases involving Ratings, including visiting affected families to offer support and ensure they receive appropriate assistance.
• Compensation Settlement: Played an active role in the compensation settlement process for all crew members, ensuring fair and timely resolution of claims.
