Project Delivery Activities

• Delivering the planned sprint tasks as per project objectives and per requirement with best quality and zero escalations
• Review Weekly /Monthly Report & Present them to higher management and also discussing the status with business group and suggesting any improvements in the process if required
• Tracking by conducting periodical status meetings with all the teams involved in project delivery
• Making sure the team follows agreed Metrics without any deviations
• Coordinating between Onsite team and Offshore team for better output and productivity
• Monitoring the overall workload and capacity assigned to the sprint team
• Implement value ads and best practices on client deliverables time to time during project delivery lifecycle

Project Management Activities:

• Managing Project Proposal with understanding the client business model and articulate the business functions and its relevant requirements and challenges in to a project proposal and submit for the necessary client stakeholders for their approval.
• Actively involving in Project Activity Planning and Sequencing on planned components
• Identify, highlight project risks and develop mitigation plan during sprint 0 activity
• Monitor & Tracking the project progress on timely fashion and taking the necessary actions if found any deviations or roadblock, to meet the project end date
• Tracking the critical paths till the end of project
• Getting formal acceptance from project stakeholders of all Deliverables\Projects from inception to completion
• Maintaining the project health score 100% or as per company standards
• Manage business product owner’s interactions as a single point of contact for the project

Risks and Issues Management

• Identify risks and issues from overall project standpoint during project execution
• Tracking issues and risks from onshore/offshore perspective along with any change impact and its’ probability.
• Discuss and come up with mitigation plan and discuss the same with cognizant management and client partner
• Update the product owners about the risks and issues during L2 /L3 level meetings held
• Making sure to take the responsibility to track them until closure.

Quality Management and Handle Severity Tickets

• Participate in project artifacts quality reviews, audits and perform stage gate with checklists at different stages on software lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for quality improvement with least minimum defect leakage
• Chart out plans for reduction of defects during, and post project delivery go live
• Handle level 1/level 2 escalation from project stakeholders and address them to prevent the issues from reoccurring for next release plan.
• Meet all quality check and standards adhering to the project and related components

Resource Management

• Building the productive and efficient sprint team along with hire or remove any resource based on feedback from cognizant management
• Setting Performance Goals for associates as per cognizant company standards
• Provide recommendation for appraisal and promotion for associates during annual cycles to cognizant management
• Mentoring the team from project execution perspective
• Organizing the team based on their skills to productively complete work assignments
• Project team acquisition and Coordinate and facilitate staff development activities like Boot Camp, Technical, and Domain & Soft Skills Trainings.

Project plan execution and control

• Involved in forecasting, planning & tracking key delivery activities for this account.
• Taking tasks related to project sprint 0 assignment or project enhancement along with bug fix request.
• Review efforts spent by team members on regular basis and track the deliverables.
