Monitor quality performance from supply chain and throughout product development life cycle. Develop and sustain Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards and business requirements. Manage quality audit program to identify and resolve non-conformities and embed culture of continuous improvement.

• Evaluated project Quality Risk, measures for risk mitigation, maintained Risk Register, apply lessons learnt and work in tandem with cross functions to preempt recurrence.
• Provide support from vendor evaluation, Technical Bid Evaluation, Sourcing, Expediting, allocating, FAT/SAT, erection/commissioning, vendor documentation for maintenance, turnover.
• Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required. Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials.
• Review supplier inspection procedures and personnel qualifications. Identify and deployment of inspection TPIA personnel based upon the criticality of the job.
• Coordinate with the project discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies. Issue of non-conformance reports & track all nonconformance reports. Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking procedures.
• Monitor and report quality performance of the Suppliers, TPIA and project Team.
• Hands on experience on NDE, Radiographic Film Interpretation and Evaluation. Selection of Quality Control procedures & applicable Non-Destructive Tests. Witnessing and acceptance of Hydro and pneumatic Leak test of equipments.
• Hands on experience on the inspection activities of Various equipments like Storage Tanks, Process Piping, Pressure Vessels, Distillation Columns, Separator Package, Cryogenic Vessels, Desalter Package, Vacuum Ejector package, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pumps, Screw Plug Heat Exchangers, Air Cooled Heat Exchangers, Air Separation Unit [ASU], Columns, Dryer packages, Heat Exchangers, Surface condensers, Compressor packages, Dryer packages etc

• Successfully executed 3 Major EPC Oil & gas refinery projects simultaneously by completing within stipulated time frame.
• Successfully executed largest Vacuum column fabrication & erection inspection activities for HPCL RUF project.
• Resolved product issue through startegic inspection planning for critical suppliers.
• Achieved on time delivery of equipments, packages through identifying potential issues proactively.
