• Reviews the technical writer's technical and user documentation to validate procedures

• This includes deployment guides, operational manuals, and configuration settings.

• The Global Distributed Services (GDS) is responsible for the pro-active / re-active monitoring and tier 2-3 support of a complex distributed and mainframe environment within a timely fashion
• The scope of this environment includes but is not limited to Microsoft, Sun, Cisco and IBM operating systems as well as the applications that run on these platforms.
