- Setting up quality systems in a new department (Private brand) dealing with textiles, home décor and furniture products
- Responsible for factory onboarding, managing and maintaining compliance audits (quality, social responsibility and CTPAT)
- Collaborate with all other functions in US and locally in carrying out QA responsibilities related to new program onboarding, supplier quality, inspections/ product testing (pre- purchase and post purchase) and managing service providers
- KPI target achievement for parameters like reducing RTV rate, star rating improvement by data analysis and closure of audits/product tests/inspections in scheduled time
- Initiate SCAR+QIP programs and implement improvement actions at supplier factory
- Product material area includes textiles, glass, metal, marble and wood
- Responsible for suppliers across South Asia (India, Pakistan and Middle East) and remotely support quality operations in European region
