  • Align the team to identify, initiate, engage, and execute the closure of capital equipment like the intravascular ultrasound scan (IVUS) machine, FFR machine, and Rotablator rotational atherectomy machine in potential accounts across the state, thereby helping to expand the adoption of therapy.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the sales trend by weekly sales reviews with the team to achieve monthly secondary and primary sales targets. Align the channel partners for weekly primary order placements to achieve the monthly primary targets and ensure optimum inventory management in accounts without any product shortage.
  • To discuss and execute performance improvement initiatives of HR, and support the team to undergo coaching, training, etc., by HR. Evaluate employee performance for the annual appraisal, discuss, and convey feedback and the performance improvement plan.
  • To ensure that my team and I complete the periodic online trainings, surveys, and other assignments by the Quality Control, Compliance, Product Training, and HR departments within the speculated timeline, and that filed working expenses, pre- and post-activity documentations, product complaints, etc., are submitted as per the timeline.
