Project: Development of National Waterway, NW-86 (Rupnarayan River)

• Prepared dredging BOQ for tendering process of "Development of NW-86 (Rupnarayan River)
• Made designing & drawings for riverbank protection work at Kolaghat for a camp and Jetty, Quay walls, Wharves etc.
• Prepared design & drawings & BOQ for fencing of camp area by RCC column at Kolaghat Jetty.
• Analyses design and drawing of a RCC bridge in Approach Bridge over Intake reservoir.

Project-1: Maintenance dredging of navigational channel of Kolkata ports.

• Hydrographic Surveying of Navigational tracks using HYPACK.
• Involved in Dredging operation at THSD for annual maintenance dredging.
• Prepared TDS, DDR, MDR & Dredging Estimation for Cost Control.
• Involved in pile line for dredging disposal near reclamation area.
• Geo-technical data collection for dredging operation.

Project-2: Construction and cost estimation in rehabilitation of NS Dock-7 (old berth) including development of backyard at KDS, SMPK, West Bengal

Project:- Garhwa - Shahpur (MDR-120) Road project (EPC Mode) Under State Highway Authority of Jharkhand (SHAJ).

Key Responsibilities: -

• Checking of drawing/Design, Planning, RFI, DPR, MPR, Planning, Letter writing.
• Client & contractors’ billing, price adjustment, Variation, Quantity surveying.
• Register maintenance, contract documentations, Monitoring Field/lab test etc.

Project: Foundation work of a Northeast Frontier Railway Bridge Project (Major Bridge no.130).

Key Responsibilities: -

• Dredging operation for winning boulders from river beds.
• Involved in dredging operation by back-hoe dredgers for deepening of river bed & straightening of river flow to reduce the river bank erosion.
• River bank stabilization & Geo-grid application for slope protection
• Drawings by Auto-CAD & Designing by Staad-Pro.
• Quantity calculation, Soil-stabilization, BBS making & checking, Shuttering.
