Role and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth flow of Goods movement at Terminal & Airside.
  • Material/Service bills processing in SAP.
  • Managing Stores & Material.
  • Preparing Monthly material inventory/Consumption of Stores.
  • Monitoring stock levels of VVIP lounge amenities.
  • Issuing consumables to Service providers as per the agreement and updating the Registers/Reports.
  • Maintaining /Upkeep of Dept. Stores.
  • Ensure AMC carried out as per the agreed schedule.
  • To reconcile the deployment of resources including manpower, chemicals and machinery pertaining to different service providers on monthly basis for bills verification.
  • Maintain departmental documentation is as per the requirements of the audit
  • managing entire administrative, front and back-office operations of the office by keeping a track of office supplies, maintaining documents, liaising with other internal departments & external bodies.
  • Endowed with excellent relationship management skills and utilized the same in developing healthy business relations with Community Leaders & Public to promote newer business opportunities and gaining early approvals for community meetings.
  • Expertise in providing high value-added services to corporate and individual customers by providing them effective solutions, thereby enhancing their satisfaction levels.
  • Experience in managing complete administration including housekeeping, Office Maintenance, cafeteria, vendor development, purchase, office asset management, travel assistance & stationary management, Outsourced Manpower ,etc.
