• Continuous Monitoring and maintenance of Field instrument and Field transmitter and its troubleshooting.
• Preparation of check list for VFD’s and its monitoring, if any abnormality corrective action taken accordingly to prevent break down.
• Regular taking parameter and firmware back up. Stand by system made ready with RDCU Cards for critical drive in order to reduce break down time in VFD.
• Maintainace and troubleshooting of kiln and cooler camera and shell scanner system.
• Daily error measurement in weighing system corolis and SFF in order to maintain error within the range as per OEM.
• Regularly monitoring weighing systems like Belt weigher, Weigh feeder, Solid flow feeder monitoring the errors and calibrating accordingly in order upkeep the equipment available and reliable.
• Study and analyse and maintenance cost compared to budget norms and implement action plans to optimize consumption/ maintenance cost.
• Identifying and carryout proposals for modifications / up-gradations for improvement in plant working on continuous basis in the section.
• Developed skills in the field of project execution, maintenance, safety-Du point safety Standards, WCM Implementation, performance and energy optimization of process equipment and utilities by using and learning various advanced tools.
• Regular Backup of PLC and All SCS.
• Proficiency in managing maintenance of various equipment for reducing downtime & enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment with experience in auditing project activities and preparing commissioning checklists.
