 Testing will be done using Testing software called AUTOFIE2.0
 Responsible for execution of Routine static and Dynamic tests at factory level
 Ensure tests are carried out according to testing procedure and results are properly recorded
 Solved hardware and software interface issues, enabling improved integrity of entire system.
 Reviewed test plans and procedures for adequate coverage of system requirements
 Supported depot commissioning & warranty teams to perform validation tests, non-regression tests and routine dynamic tests
 In-depth knowledge on train control logics, software logics, electrical schematics and pneumatic schematic• Testing and Commissioning support includes

Layout checking as per GA (General arrangements layouts) Assembly of components for its orientation and location Wiring (As per Schematics)/ Electrical continuity Hardware functional checks of panels

• Involved in train related PC09 and PC11 Activities

• Static Gauge test, Weighment test and pantograph force measurement, Equipment grounding, Return current tests

• Calibration of Weighment Load Cells and ODD/DD equipment

• Train communications and PACIS network cables continuity test using fluke meter

• Fluke meter data converting in to PDF files

• Software uploading of subsystems: DOORS, HVAC, DDU, MPU

• Involved in preparation of train formation activities like Inter car electrical jumper cables coupling

Electrical clits installation Mechanical Coupling (Muff coupling)

Gangway and Roof jumper electrical cable coupling

• Involved in preparation of inter car jumper cable connectors for complete train set

Comply of EHS Requirements in T&C Activities and Operating areas

• Facilitation of Railways in modernizing their operations, safety system, network and communication through fiber networks.

• Establishing a telecom transmission network on SDH platform and provision of various voice and data circuits and E1s over STM link.

• MDF Installation, Terminations and Jumpering of MDF wirings from MDF to DP.

• Rectifying data circuit and telephone problems, installation and troubleshooting of wire line telephone connections and dial up internet connections.

• Provision of protection to the live circuits at the time of failures which leads to

• Uninterrupted traffic management in railways.

• Managing of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) teams in maintaining the infrastructure such as air-conditioners, all the power supply equipment, DG sets and other equipment.

• Field support for rectifying and troubleshooting failures in live circuits and connections.

• Planning and estimation for newly proposed sites and diversions of already laid fiber at the time of excavation works done by railways.

• Execution of projects as per the proposed drawing and tender schedules and delivery of as-built for the projects done.

• Maintaining Power Backup like SMPS, Battery banks, DG power maintenances

• Laying Power Cables like 11KV by keeping 1mtr Depth with Safety precautions from Substation to Energy Meter End.

• Route survey for OFC routes and obtaining ROWS (Right of Way Demarcation), soil strata, existing underground utilities, road/rail/bridge/river/canal crossings.

• Single Line Diagram (SLD) planning and designing to determine the jurisdiction and obtain permissions.

• Executing trenching and associated civil works, horizontal directional drilling boring and supply and installation of HDPE, GI, RCC, DWC and PVC pipes cables (fiber) splice closures, FDMS, RCC markers, chambers, manholes, hand-holes, earthing and link testing.

• Conducting duct integrity test.

• Cable Testing in both 1,550 nm and 1,310 nm parameters.

• Undertaking acceptance testing works on behalf of the client.
