Developing HSE plans and overseeing the implementation of the same as per the guidelines

Preparing contractor safety management guidelines and number of safety motivational/ training programs for improved safety culture within organization

Investigating employee fire and safety complaints, discussing findings and recommending possible solutions in a timely manner

Overseeing effective maintenance planning and execution for all portable and fixed fire-fighting equipment

Currently working as an EHS MANAGER in Wilmar Group of Scree Rebuke Sugars LTD In Gandhidham Plant from 14th Sep 2023 to till date

All Legal activity done & maintain as per Factory Act 1948 & MPCB Norms

Conduct the Safety Audit at daily basis & report to Management

Finding Unsafe Condition, Unsafe Act & Near Miss & removing at routing

Work as TPM way & handle individually EHS Pillar Activity

Knowledge of EMS ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 & OHSAS 18001 Certification

Follow up from all Plant Safety Officers about daily safety work & support to him

Monthly all plant EHS MIS making & present to Management

Daily Safety Tool Box talk to all employees before start shift

Daily Safety Round at Shop Floor & identify Unsafe Condition, Act & Near Miss Cases & Take an action for reoccurrences

Awareness of Fire Hydrant System and Fire Fighting System, & Daily update the management

Monthly Conduct the safety Committee meeting all over plant as per scheduled with all safety officer & close the all Topics on priority regular

Adhere the Work Permit system to every Third-Party supplier for work

Timely given the Training to all employees of all topics as per monthly Calendar

Improvement & Kaizen are made as per Risk assessment for safety work culture

Daily safety, health & Environment check list taken from all safety officers & follow up open point to be close timely

Conduct the Safety Week, Environment Day & safety event frequently & timely in all Plant
