• Developed an end-to-end application for onboarding clients in our file interface and process control system, integrating with the TBA database to facilitate data import. This solution enables clients to check their inquiries and generate output reports based on defined rules, utilizing microservices architecture, AWS SQS, Docker , and Kubernetes . As a result, processing efficiency increased by 40% , reducing onboarding time from 2 weeks to 1 week for over 500+ clients.
• Designed and implemented a comprehensive functionality for beneficiary accounts, enabling rule application on beneficiaries and their participants. This enhancement i mproved platform capabilities by 30% , allowing the integration of more flexible rules and streamlining processes for over 1,000+ beneficiaries.
• Enhanced the application by adding support for Excel and CSV file formats for input and output. This feature allows clients to customize output reports by incorporating specific columns based on their requirements, resulting in more than 70% increase in user adoption.
• Developed a date rule feature that empowers over 300+ clients to utilize date filters within their rules, enhancing their ability to generate desired output files efficiently.
• Leveraged Java , Spring Boot Framework , Microservices , Maven , MySQL , Aws servers to revamp entire infrastructure.

Project(PCS) (Aug 2022 - Dec-2023)

• Developed and deployed an API-based notification system using Java, Spring Boot and MongoDB on AWS server for the Participant Communication Services team, achieving batch and real-time processing capabilities for supporting total 63 countries across the globe
• Implemented Piece Level Tracking for the Healthcare Client and integrated it into 7 existing applications
• This implementation aids in tracking success and failure of the application and reducing the number of inquiries calls by providing self- service and transparent information on their communication portal
• Created an application that allows documents to be uploaded to a database and then accessed via SOAP APIs to display the document
• Revamped existing communication application by adding more than 50+ clients and correcting their email and text verbiage of English and Spanish Language to make the communication clearer and more accurate
• Coordinated with customers to understand requirements and product vision

• Developed a resource management system for Client and integrated a monthly billing system, bill pdf generation, notification of bills, and automation of the whole process in production environment, generating bills for more than 15000+ customers monthly
• Created a dunning system for Client that sends notifications to customers to complete their payments and suspends and ceases those accounts that are overdue, automating the whole process to avoid any manual intervention
• Converted call detail record files into valid format for rating, checked and removed duplicate data, and sent the files for Rating using Mediation to send usage detail notification to over 300+ customers per hour.
