  • Company Overview: FSS (FINANCIAL SOFTWARE & SYSTEMS) is a globally leading payments technology provider with solutions spanning Issuance, Acquiring, ATM, Reconciliation, Security and Real-Time Payments.
  • Currently responsible for handling IOB (Indian Overseas Bank) & IDFC Bank projects.
  • Monitoring key performance to track Team’s performance & identify areas for improvement.
  • The current completion count for IOB is 500 out of 500 & IDFC is 20 (100) & Canara Bank 100 ATMs project in pipeline.
  • Primarily after PC (Purchase Committee) approval is received for certain Bank project, so in very next moment we notify respective Vendor to start-up with the work.
  • Further for documentation purpose we notify them via mail about the agreed scope-of-work and conclude the task within the agreed TAT of 30 days.
  • For speedy work, we allot WO# (Workorder #) and PO# (Purchase Order #) to the respective Vendor, for immediate start-up. Parallelly, we maintain precise tracker & Master Data at our end for our respective clients. As this ease to identify the total count, the completion count & finally the pending count and TAT for closing the same.
  • Secondarily a regular follow-up are carried out with individual vendors and ensure that they conclude the task as per the agreed SLA
  • Once the site turns ready in all aspects, then we are liable to notify our Clients for creation of ATM ID & ATM IP for Tech-Live & Cash-Live the ATM / Recycler
  • Doing this entire activity will lead to an increase in Project revenue and will further lead to successful completion of entire project.
