• Utility Maintenance:Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of 33 KV Transformer, 11 KV Transformer, 1000 & 500 KVA UPS, 750 KVA & 1000 KVA Diesel Generators, Automatic Tap Changer. Air Compressor water injected, oil free , also 75 KW oil injected LPCDA-8Bar & HPCDA-13 Bar & 2-Ton Passenger Elevator
• HVAC System: Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of 400 Tr Chiller plants, Air Handling Unit (AHU), 600 TR Cooling towers, Condenser Pumps, Heat Ex-changers.
• Gas station Maintenance: Maintenance of Liquid Nitrogen(N2), Liquid Argon(Ar), Liquid Carbon-Di-oxide(Co2), Helium (He), Deuterium (D2) ,Hydrogen+Nitrogen (H2N2) mixture gas stations safety valves, Telemeters, Evaporator system, Safety line sensor, Neutralizing device system.
• Water system: Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Reverse Osmosis (R/O) plant, Softener Plant & Dosing System
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of ETP - Effluent Treatment Plant & ATP - Air Treatment Plant
• Spares Management: Inventory & Purchase follow up of Critical Spares and Consumable spares list updating every week and to avoid the breakdown regarding spares.
• Man Power Management: Team size of 25 members, including Deputy & Assistant manager, Sr.Engineer, Team leaders, Shift incharge, Engineers of both Electrical & Mechanical, As per Skill Matrix Training conducting, Work task assigning, Leave, Shift plan, Week-off, Shutdown Maintenance. Communicating all time to sort out the problems.
• KPI: Monitoring & Controlling of Power Consumption, Water consumption, Gas Consumption, Spares consumption monitoring daily basis, weekly basis, monthly basis.
• Billing: Factory power bill, water bill, Apartment Power bill & factory sewage water outlet billing.
