At present I have been working with this organization since September 2023, imparting knowledge of English and Grammar in class 6th to 9th. Remain and produce 100% result focused on SEN (Special Educational Need) students

• I had been working with this organization since April 2020 as a Facilitator - English literature and Grammar management identified my passion and work and assigned me as a Language Development Programmer (LSRW)
• Updated learning resources to achieve curriculum goals
• Used visual aids and object pictures to help students obtain a better understanding of translations
• Boosted writing skills by designing creative and comprehensive exercises.
• Developed Listening skills by designing comprehensive listening exercise
• Elevated students speaking skills by taking different kinds of assignments

• I had been working with this organisation since April 2016 as a facilitator - English Literature and Grammar and the management identified my zeal and enthusiasm to promote me in higher grades.
• Planned, designed and produced high-quality teaching materials, increasing student productivity
• Carried out teacher support functions, performing coaching and counselling to achieve optimum student outcomes
• Increased student development by providing opportunities for students to transfer school learning to real-life situations
