Managing with site team for smooth site operation

Monitor and ensure optimal utilization of all resources in keeping efficient working condition

Participate in the preparation of budgets for maintenance and Project operation, which include: (labor costs, operating expenses, miscellaneous expenses etc)

Monitors budgets, goals and objectives to insure departmental profitability

Schedules, directs and provides technical support to meet service demands and customers' expectations

Arrange the required mobilization program along with Office support

Coordinate with management for progress, billing and other requirements etc

Dealing with Client, consultant and main contractor for approvals and other activity for scheduled progress of project

Monitor and enforce the maintaining of safe work practices & a safe & healthy work environment for my crew as well as others in the workplace

Fully conversant with engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, O&M manual for smooth operation

Monitor and control the all subcontractor's issues

Reviews work orders, invoices and job reports for accuracy, and to ensure timely cash flow and maintain minimal account receivables

Specifies and makes sure that required parts are ordered in a timely fashion to ensure work deadlines are met

Ensures that all company/department policies are being followed by all my crew

Work with other departmental team (General maintenance, Electrical & their subcontractors) to meet other tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain High standards

Evaluate the periodical and monthly reports

Evaluate all approval systems for new and revised jobs and monitor of all job instructions to meet client requirements
