1. Enterprise field Service Delivery ownership and customer side device Deployment (hardware and services) for delivering Enterprise services within SLA
2. Ownership of field L2 survey, Service delivery, customer material and resources required
3. Plan & ensure all the necessary orders, teams & tools availability for Installation and commissioning.

6. Handover to Operations post acceptance test procedure clearance with the customer after an end to end testing (as per ATP Document).
7. Daily activity monitoring and interaction with vendor partner teams for daily and weekly targets achievements.
8. Implementation and recording of the inventory details in the OSS process / systems.
9. Overall service delivery and deployment field activities monitoring & tracking including Coordination with the Deployment, IP team for the successful completion of the installation and commissioning of the Demarc (L2 Switch) and CPE as per need
10. Daily activity monitoring and interaction with vendor partner teams for daily and weekly targets achievements. Also Identifying gaps against various milestones to improve efficiency of teams. Facilitating field teams with all the necessary process and material support. Material Forecasting ( CPE / L2 Switch ), short shipments & relevant mitigation plan. Preparation of reports for weekly reviews.

ZTE DWDM ZXONE 8000,All types of cards MUX,DMUX,CQ2,LQ2,CH1,LO2,CO2,EONA,SNP,etc. DWDM link commissioning and testing link for parameters like OSNR, 24-Hr test. Optical power debugging of DWDM links using Attenuators & Amplifier gain of DWDM system. Closely interacted with the Idea circle team. AT of all the 5 installed ZTE DWDM nodes at Haryana over various parameters like Receiver Sensitivity Gained exposure in handling equipment’s of DWDM, MW and SDH like, ZTE, Ceragon ip/10. Rectify all type of alarms of BTS and IDU. To close all punch points and utilization of the left over material from Sites. Supervision and taking care of all the work of Sub-venders. Quality check while installation of BTS sites. Operation and Maintenance of Indoor, Outdoor BTS of Nokia. Fault Rectification of BTS during Major, Critical and Emergency issue. Knowledge of Basics of Microwave, LOS, Alignment, Frequency Spectrum, PDH & SDH Link.
