Building Shared Service Practice working closely with clients in the MENA & Europe market. Advising clients on shared service strategy, executing setup of centers (captives, outsourced, BOT), designing & executing expansion of center scope/maturity and digital transformation initiatives.

Sector experience includes Government,Logistics, Mining, Energy management, Oil & Gas, Professional services, Realestate, Telecom.

Strategic contribution through global shared services and end to end finance transformation programs by delivering the reduction of cost of Finance function at group level from 2.8% of sales to 1.5% of sales.

Significant Contribution:

• Designing end to end Global Finance Shared Services including Organization, People, Process, Technology, Data and Compliance in two distinct evolution stages.
• First stage focused on centralization through regional captive centers. Second stage focused on Global approach with "Hybrid" model and "Digital first".
• Established /expanded APAC centers to operationally lead a team of ~1200 FTE
• Nurtured culture of High Performance in team through inclusion, equity, and diversity.
• Lead Global accounting organization and process transformation with "digital first" approach. Delivered automation of processes in range of 40% to 80% , fast track of month end by 3 days and significant audit fees savings.
• Contributed as Accounting organization lead in restructuring of Finance Organization at Group level.
• Lead Contract negotiation and transition of Transactional processes to Genpact (700FTE's)

• Successfully led operations (Accounting & FP&A) with simultaneous transitions & Oracle 11i Implementation.
• Centralizing Year end Audit (PWC) for 13 EU countries saving 20% Statutory Audit Fee.
