Perform Quality inspection of the product manufactured
Responsible for Material Audit (as per BOM), Line Audit (daily basis), Internal Audit according to standard
Collecting data of rejection & analyzing by doing Root Cause Analysis
All gauge which are using on line should be calibrated
Knowledge of I.R test, Pull out test
Knowledge of Cable Harness testing panel for Indian Railway Locomotive
Monitor process and quality system adherence on the shop floor also responsible for ensuring the process followed correctly on line to improve the quality
Strong approach to process quality and its documentation
Involvement with NPD team in new product development (Platform Screen Doors)
Having better approach of drawings
Basic knowledge of 5S, 7Qc tools
