  • Working as a Section Head- Electrical and responsible for maintenance of chemical process plants handling Care Chemicals, Polymer Dispersions for the Coatings, Automotive Parts, Automotive Coolants and Paper businesses.
  • Responsible for Operation & Maintenance of electrical equipments as per Zone classification (Zone-0, Zone-1, Zone-2, Zone-21 & Zone-22).
  • Looks over maintenance of 1875 kVA – flywheel coupling DG for ensure no interruption in process plant being a critical one.
  • Oversee maintenance of 3000 KVA Cummins make Diesel Engine HT (DG) operating on 6.6 kV voltage level & Stanford make- Alternator.
  • Provides leadership for the Maintenance, fault finding & troubleshooting in MCC panel, PCC panel, PLC panel, VVF drives etc. Handling maintenance of Variable Speed Drives with Make Danfoss, ABB, SIEMENS, DELTA & SCHNEIDER running on 0-415 V (0.75kW to 750 kW) class.
  • Prepare PM, PDM & CBM maintenance schedules. Steer Plant maintenance works, including maintenance of Power Distribution system involving 6.6KV/415V.
  • Maintain detailed documentation for ISO (900, 14001, 45001, and 50001), IATF, RCMS Audits and Electrical Statutory documentation work. Review and approve electrical engineering designs and related documentation.
  • Responsible for O&M of Rooftop Solar Plants having capacity of 1000 kWp in our plant premises.
