In my role as a Field Service Engineer, I was responsible for the maintenance of over 100 sites, including prominent ATMs and branches for Deutsche Bank, SBI, BOI, and Axis Bank. I specialized in ensuring the optimal functionality of CCTV and fire alarm systems installed at these locations. As a Project Engineer and Team Leader, I effectively managed a team of 09 professionals, overseeing project assignments and daily operations. I coordinated with key partners including KIAM International Pvt. Ltd., Securens Systems Pvt. Ltd., Zicom, and Techsis, ensuring seamless execution of e-surveillance projects and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs). My role involved managing team expenses and allowances, optimizing workflow, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
