● Resolved network, security related incidents for in-house clients and implementing infrastructure with respect to network as per their requests.

● Overall Maintenance of client's network.

Project: Cisco TAC - Datacenter Routing and Switching Team

Role: Network configuration, Troubleshooting and Monitoring

Responsibilities:

● Provided Technical support to Cisco customers all over the world on Data Center Routing and Switching platforms, Technologies and protocols like VXLAN, Fabric Path, OTV, PIM.

● Reviewed Customer’s design and provided them best design practices.

● Handled Escalations from L2 Teams.

● Mentored new team members and acting as a single point of contact for all technical issues.

● Attained multiple promotions during my run in Aricent Technologies, Altran Group and Capgemini Group (Eventually the parent company of the other two).

Project: Cisco Software Security Support

Role: Designated Service Manager

Responsibilities:

● Design and Implementation Engineer for Enterprise Accounts, responsible for AMP/NGFW/NGIPS semi-Pre and Post sales Consulting.

● Assisted clients with implementation of ASA, FTD, migration from ASA to Cisco’s Next-Gen Firewalls.

● Prepared and maintained process and business documentation, including technical discovery reports, kickoff plans, implementation plans, customer inventories, and solution modifications, all consolidated in a comprehensive customer handbook

● Conducted Network Security Health Check, Technical Reviews and QBR with the customers based on their implementation.

Project: Cisco TAC - Server & Virtualization Team

Role: Network Specialist

Responsibilities:

● Worked as a Network support Engineer in Server & Virtualization TAC team. Interacted with customers worldwide and troubleshot/analyzed variety of server & virtualized networks.

● Gathered vast knowledge of Cisco Unified Computing Server platforms including Fabric-Interconnect, USC Central, UCS B-series and C-series servers.

● Gathered exposure to virtualization platforms like VMware ESXi and VMware Hypervisor.

Project: Global Network Operations Center

Role: Technical Support Engineer Level-II

Responsibilities:

● Worked as L2 operations engineer in the global network data team that manages, monitors, and maintains complex networks of enterprise customers.

● Resolved high priority LAN/WAN, Wireless issues and configuration requirements.

● Assisted in Network down scenarios, Network Migrations & Upgrades and providing Root cause analysis (RCA).

● Collaborated with L3 team on critical cases and ensuring that the incidents are driven to the resolution within the given SLA.

Project: Cisco TAC - L2 Switching (Catalyst), DC Switching (Nexus)

Role: Network Configuration, Troubleshooting and Monitoring.

Responsibilities:

● Worked as a TAC Engineer responsible analyzing and troubleshooting different kind of L2 networks, Hardware (Catalyst and Nexus Switches) and L2 protocols for customers all around the world along with providing RCAs.

● Assisted customers with unusual behavior of the devices, software and analyzing it in lab. Recreation in lab and work with BU to identify and register software bugs.

● Solved customer's complex queries regarding product as well as supported features and protocols.
